EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
EXCHANGE FOR WRONG PURCHASE
Customers are entitled to exchange products in the case of an incorrect purchase under the following conditions:

The product must not have been used or washed.

All original tags must still be attached to the product.
To initiate an exchange, please contact kanocolimited@gmail.com and return the product at your own expense to the address provided via email.
The shipment of the replacement product by Kano Kimonos will incur a fee of €9.90.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers are entitled to an exchange for defective merchandise under the following conditions:

For minor defects, the exchange must be requested within 14 days.

The item must not have been used or washed, and all original tags must remain attached.
In the event of tears or damage not due to normal wear and tear, customers have 6 months from the purchase date to file a claim.

Kano Kimonos will cover the costs of return shipping and replacement of the merchandise.
